Frederick East Classical currently meets at two locations in Walkersville, Maryland, on Mondays and Wednesdays.
St. Paul's Lutheran Church hosts the grammar students at 14 West Pennsylvania Avenue in their main building and parish hall across the street. The main level of each building is accessible and there are individual accessible bathrooms. The students enjoy the brightly colored classrooms, an all-purpose room in the basement, and the grassy lawn during recess.

Students eat lunch in the church’s beautiful social hall and classes are held in the educational wing of the building. The large parking lot behind the building provides onsite parking and space for the students to play basketball, four-square, and football.
